Judge's
Feedback
Forms: Whenever possible,
please ask the judge to complete a feedback form and forward it
to the Club Secretary. These are submitted to AKC and are
part of the requirement for acceptance into Miscellaneous Class.

Titles Earned:
Please complete and submit to the Show Chairperson whenever you earn
a title in conformation or events
(agility, earthdog, obedience, tracking,
etc.) with another organization (i.e., AKC, UKC, CKC,
etc.) This will allow NCTCA to record and acknowledge
your accomplishments with your Cesky Terrier.
